The Job:

The Sr. Social Media and Influencer Manager will play a key role in bringing the CRAFTSMAN purpose & mission to life across social and creator channels. The position will lead day-to-day influencer relationships, activation execution, quality assurance and ongoing optimization across creator partnerships, while also driving social content planning, platform strategy and execution. Working closely with Brand, Creative, and Shopper teams, this role will ensure all social and influencer efforts are aligned with brand objectives and deliver impact. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Social and Influencer.  You'll get to:

  • Oversee social media content planning, influencer activities, and paid media amplification 
  • Build annual and monthly social and influencer plans to support brand activations and brand objectives 
  • Participate in Brand and Marketing planning sessions, leveraging social and influencer lens to enhance brainstorms for activation ideas and improve execution timing 
  • Partner and execute with agency partner on social boosting, influencer and social activities 
  • Build and execute social first content strategy plan to build community and drive engagement 
  • Partner on influencer briefs, evaluation, contracts, concepts and final asset review to confirm alignment with Brand priorities and compliance with disclosure and platform 
  • Share social-first activation ideas to integrate into content, media, and retail media plans 
  • QA content with Brand, legal, product, creative, ensuring platform best practices, cultural impact and brand alignment. 
  • Partner with Customer Support on tone and voice for community management responses. 
  • Measure and report KPIs and elevate insights through cross functional conversations and monthly leadership reporting. 
  • Champion and implement operational improvement and guardrails for future activations 
  • Stay in tune with culture in the DIY space, spotting cultural patterns, topics, and elevate opportunities to brand teams for approval and activation 

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field 
  • At least 5-7 years in influencer/creator or social media marketing in the consumer-brand industry or at an agency 
  • At least 5 years of experience in content creation management 
  • Hands-on experience executing influencer campaigns end-to-end  
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest) and ecosystem dynamics 
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in multidisciplinary teams 
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities 
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple key stakeholders, across several functions and levels 
  • Creative thinking and problem solving 
  • Consumer empathy, analytical & research skills 
  • Record of strong mentoring skills, and interest in developing others 
  • Experience building and optimizing workflows

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
