About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.

We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.

Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.

About the role

We're looking for an SDR Programs Specialist to sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales. This role exists to eliminate the manual, repetitive work that slows down SDRs and marketing campaign execution - building and maintaining the automated systems, sequences, and workflows that let both teams run more campaigns, with more consistency, in less time.

You'll be the technical and operational glue between marketing's demand-gen efforts and the SDR team's outbound execution, ensuring leads, sequences, and campaign data move seamlessly across tools without requiring manual handoffs. This is ideal for someone who loves systems thinking, hates repetitive manual work, and wants to make quantifiable impact on pipeline velocity.

What you'll do

  • Automate campaign execution: Build and manage automated workflows across marketing automation and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo) to launch, sequence, and scale SDR campaigns with minimal manual lift.
  • Manage SDR Programs: Own the design, execution and optimization of SDR programs including blitzes, pipeline sprints, outbound campaigns, and competitive plays
  • Bridge marketing and sales systems: Own the handoff between marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and SDR outreach , ensure all leads are being correctly followed up with/dispositioned  and help increase MQL to SQL ratio
  • Align with Product and Demand Gen: Partner with PMM and Demand Gen to make sure sequences, cadences, and campaign content reflect current messaging and positioning
  • Design SDR workflows: Partner with SDR leadership to map manual processes (list building, prospecting, follow-up cadences, reporting) and convert them into automated, repeatable systems.
  • Optimize the tech stack: Optimize the tools that power outbound and inbound campaigns - CRM, sales engagement platforms, enrichment/data providers, intent tools, and workflow/automation platforms. Ensure we are using all necessary functionality of the tools we currently use and identify any necessary gaps.
  • Build reporting & dashboards: Partner with marketing operations to create automated reporting on campaign performance, SDR activity, and conversion metrics so both marketing and sales leadership have real-time visibility without manual data pulls.
  • Support experimentation: Stand up A/B tests and multi-channel campaign automations (email, LinkedIn, dialer, intent-based triggers) to help the SDR team test messaging and cadences faster.
  • Document and train: Create SOPs and lightweight training for SDRs and marketers on new tools, workflows, and automations you build.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Sales Operations, with hands-on experience in marketing/sales automation tools.
  • Direct experience with at least one major sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) and one CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience building or managing automated workflows
  • Strong understanding of SDR/outbound motions - sequencing, cadences, lead scoring, and pipeline handoffs.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills - able to translate between marketing, sales, and technical/ops stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with data enrichment/intent tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Apollo).
  • Prior experience supporting a team of SDRs or a high-volume outbound motion.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted outbound tools

Benefits and Incentives

  • Competitive Base and Incentive Plan
  • Stock Options
  • Health and Welfare Plans*
  • Life and Disability Plans*
  • Retirement Plan*
  • Unlimited Flexible Paid Time Off, including your birthday off!
  • Collaborative Team Culture

* Benefits for international employees, outside the US, vary by country.
