Roles and Responsibilities
- Key Account Manager responsible for Data Centre segment driving business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple states. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of the Data Centre industry.
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services, including Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers, Power Quality and Power Sensing devices
- Collaborate with region leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges
- Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s).
- Develop and own with the support of the regional Directors, strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies.
- Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.
- Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Data Centre strategic customer accounts.
- Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing.
- Perform periodic account reviews with management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience Years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers
- Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies
- Ability to interact & function cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills
- Preferred location in Texas

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,600.00 and $181,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
