Senior RPA Developer

Role:

As an experienced developer, the Sr RPA/AI Developer acts as a mentor to less experienced developers, facilitating their professional growth. They also participate in complex bot development, spearheading the adoption of best practices.

Responsibility:

They are thoroughly involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots and AI Agents. As a senior role, this position also includes mentoring junior developers, resolving intricate development issues, and conducting gate approvals and code reviews. They will ensure compliance with development standards and push for modular code/component reuse. They will conduct demo days and actively collect customer experience feedback. They will also mentor and foster citizen developers in this role.


Requirements

Preferred Certifications:

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification
  • Azure / AWS Certified Administrator

Education/Year of Exp:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development roles. The individual should have demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions in line with business needs.
