Vantor's Sales Operations organization is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to own our sales reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics. You will serve as the primary resource for Salesforce reports and CRM Analytics dashboards, ensuring our sales leaders and account teams have accurate, timely, and actionable data. • The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $83,000.00 - $139,000.00 annually.
• The base pay for this position within California is: $87,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Responsibilities:
- Own dashboard development and reporting: Design, build, and maintain Salesforce and CRM Analytics dashboards to track pipeline, forecast, bookings, and sales performance metrics.
- Support sales leadership with data-driven insights: Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support business reviews, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity: Maintain clean, consistent, and reliable sales data across all systems; develop processes for regular validation and reconciliation.
- Automate and streamline reporting: Improve efficiency by automating recurring reports and reducing manual data manipulation.
- Conduct analysis: Perform ad-hoc deep dives into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win/loss trends, and productivity metrics.
- Enable end-users: Train and support sales teams in using dashboards and interpreting reports to drive execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to align reporting standards and ensure consistent metrics across the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Analytics, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or aerospace environment.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboards and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and quarterly business review support.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables.
- Strong communication skills; able to present complex data clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management best practices.
- Proven track record of improving reporting processes, data quality, or dashboard usability.
