- Works closely with committees and key stakeholders to assist and support key strategies
- Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules
- Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements
- Reconciles expense reports and budget-related data
- Manages the VP, Business Operations schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks and complex travel arrangements
What will help you succeed
- 3+ years of experience in project management or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or executive-level administrative support
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with budget tracking and expense reconciliation
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans
