Department OverviewMotorola Solutions is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology lead go-to-market strategy across our Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios. This is a high-visibility, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership—orchestrating priority cross-sector initiatives and storytelling to drive growth.
This person will set vision and execute against it — a true player/coach who can zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to build the collateral, integrated campaign or launch plan themselves.

What You'll Do
Technology Partner Marketing
- Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy — including which alliances and ecosystem partners to prioritize — and build the playbook and governance model that scales partnership marketing across sectors
- Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that bring partner and ecosystem value to life for customers and partners
Ecosystem Product Marketing
- Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market strategy across three core sectors: Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
- Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of integrated solution and AI-driven capabilities across core personas and verticals
- Be the voice of target audience definition, pain points, and white space opportunities
- Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing
- Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus
- Experience working with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with an emphasis on public safety, security, or defense technology
- Strong communication skills paired with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategy
- Demonstrated ability to both set strategic direction and execute hands-on — comfortable operating as an individual contributor with outsized scope and visibility

Target Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing
