The following locations in the Southeast region are approved remote working locations for this role: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.  
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Protestant vertical, you'll serve as the strategic engine behind bringing our SaaS and electronic payments tools to market for protestant churches. This is an opportunity for a proven B2B SaaS marketer to take on a meaningful leadership role driving revenue growth and building strategic marketing capabilities. 
Key Responsibilities  
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis 
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for the Protestant vertical to support revenue and growth targets 
  • Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption 
  • Track market trends and provide actionable insights to Product teams 
  • Conduct competitive analysis, voice of customer, and user research to inform product improvements and positioning 
  • Continuously optimize all marketing efforts based on quantitative analytics and data-driven decisions  
  • Track KPIs across the marketing and sales funnel and provide reports and recommendations to leaders on a regular basis 
Campaign Development and GTM Execution 
  • Own development and execution of integrated marketing plans to acquire new customers and grow existing revenue 
  • Partner with demand generation and marketing operations teams to design multi-channel campaigns 
  • Continuously optimize all marketing efforts based on quantitative analytics and data-driven decisions 
Product Positioning & Messaging & Narrative Ownership 
  • Build go-to-market architecture for how we position our solutions to the market 
  • Craft compelling, differentiated messaging that emphasizes our value and impact to our customers 
  • Develop thought leadership topics to position our brands as market experts 
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our suite of products and leverage insights to inform GTM and product differentiation in the marketplace 
  • Translate complex features into clear, concise messaging that resonates with target audiences and enables the sales teams to manage dynamic sales conversations effectively 
Sales Enablement 
  • Partner with sales and sales development leaders to understand competitors and build tools to win deals 
  • Create enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and packaging strategies 
  • Evolve prospecting tools and tactics, lead nurturing tactics 
  • Conduct regular training sessions to continuously improve sales effectiveness 
  • Equip sales teams with in-depth product knowledge and competitive differentiation 
Cross-Functional Leadership 
  • Partner with and influence other marketing teams to work collaboratively to create an ideal GTM 
  • Partner closely with digital marketing and demand gen teams to create strategies to support Ministry Brands platforms in the market 
Who you are 
  • BS/BA degree in marketing or other business discipline; MBA preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience for B2B technology or payments  
  • Experienced strategic thinker who can create impactful solutions in ambiguous scenarios leveraging resources available to them 
  • Leader who can push projects to completion from end-to-end with limited support from leadership and influence stakeholders, partners and team members to drive results and execution  
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills 
  • Experience with marketing CRM systems, payments or other FinTech solutions is ideal 
  • Understanding of non-profit operations and donor management is highly preferred 
  • Proven track record of growing sales pipeline and revenue by managing product marketing programs  
  • Expertise defining positioning and value propositions and translating them into tools, collateral and pitch decks that improve sales effectiveness 
  • Passion for using data and quantitative analysis to drive marketing strategy – this is a strategic, analytically-focused marketing role rather than a creative one 
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation systems (Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), collaboration and document management tools (Microsoft Teams and SharePoint) and office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work in a general office environment 
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone 
Travel Considerations: 
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%
