7AI is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Commercial to turn our positioning into revenue. You will own the sales plays, the commercial messaging and the competitive material that sellers use every day.

This is deliberately broader than sales enablement. You are not administering a curriculum; a GTM Strategist owns enablement delivery and logistics. You decide which plays 7AI runs, build the messaging and competitive substance behind them, and own the feedback loop from the field back into positioning.

What You Will Do
  • Build and optimize key sales plays — priority use cases, ICP-specific, competitive and expansion — and be measured on whether sellers actually adopt them.

  • Own the commercial messaging sellers use: talk tracks, objection handling, discovery frameworks and pitch narratives, built inside the company messaging architecture.

  • Own seller readiness and pitch certification, deciding what reaches the field and when, while the GTM Strategist handles delivery and logistics.

  • Turn competitive intelligence into field advantage through battlecards, competitive talk tracks and live deal support, working from the research the Head of PMM owns.

  • Run the pricing and packaging program day to day with Product and RevOps, and own the seller-facing guidance, pricing narratives and value articulation that come out of it.

  • Lead commercial readiness and field activation for major launches and quarterly release moments, partnering closely with the Technical PMM.

  • Close the loop between the field and the strategy, turning deal patterns, objections and lost-deal themes into evidence that shapes positioning.

What You Bring
  • 6+ years in Product Marketing, with experience in the Cybersecurity or SaaS markets.

  • Credibility with sellers. You have carried a quota, sat in on live deals, or otherwise earned the right to tell an AE what to say — and they listen.

  • Plays, not assets. You can describe a sales play you built end to end, how sellers used it, and what it produced. Producing collateral on request is not the same job.

  • Commercial instinct. You think in pipeline and win rates, and you can tell the difference between a message that tests well and one that moves deals.

  • Competitive sharpness in live situations. You have written objection handling that survived contact with a real competitor and a skeptical prospect.

  • Comfort in pricing conversations. You can hold your own with Product, RevOps and Finance on packaging and value without waiting to be handed the answer.

  • A builder's tolerance for ambiguity. This is the first commercial PMM hire at 7AI. There is no existing playbook to inherit, and that is the appeal.
