The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product lifecycle end-to-end - from market opportunity to feature delivery. This hybrid role blends strategic product management with hands- on product ownership in an agile environment.  This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution, and collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Business Intelligence and Customer Success to drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Strategic Focus

  • Product Roadmap - Define, maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap with prioritized initiatives based on impact (ROI) and feasibility. Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Conduct market, customer, product and competitive analysis ; analyze user data, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Go-to-Market – Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption of new features aligned with business goals.

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Execution – Own the product backlog and refinement processes;  write clear, actionable user stories, with acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Development – Partner with Engineering in ceremonies to ensure efficient delivery and high quality, on time releases. 
  • Data informed - use analytics, A/B testing, production tutorial software  and feedback loops to optimize sprint  goals and rapid iteration. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or hybrid role in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of enterprise customer workflows and challenges.
  • Proven track record taking products from concept to launch to scale. 
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools  (e.g. Jira, Trello, or Asana).
  • Strong technical acumen – comfortable driving alignment on API’s, integrations and system architecture with engineering and data teams. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools and driving product recommendations grounded in data driven insights. 
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills – ability to align diverse teams.
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in construction, insurance, or property technology.
  • Experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.

Compensation: Salary range for this role is $95k - 130k, based on experience.

  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Medical and Dependent FSAs. 
  • Cover 80% of premiums for employee-only plans and 50% for dependents.

Work Location: Englewood, CO (hybrid - 3 days in office)
