What You'll Do
- Prioritize and manage requirements by translating the backlog into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of our quarterly planning process
- Lead the roadmap and release planning for a product or multiple related products, balancing strategic goals and operational execution.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning to ensure alignment with market demands and strategic objectives based on market research and insights supported by data
- Ensures the development team can continuously deliver high velocity and quality based on careful planning, progress monitoring, and analysis of the requirements throughout roadmap planning and release planning.
- Drive customer value through end-end workflow automation through integrations, AI/agentic solutions
- Collaborate with Software Development, User Experience, Customer Experience, Go-To-Market, Customers, Product Leadership and Cross Functional Leadership to determine a clear understanding of business problems that can be solved by technological solutions
- Owns establishing exploratory research topics that influence the long-term strategy for a product and spearhead market research and competitive benchmarking to pinpoint customer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities.
- Lead the creation and presentation of strategic business cases to product leadership, cross-functional leadership, and executives, aligning proposals with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture to develop a financially and technically feasible roadmap with careful consideration for scalability, security, and product performance.
- Drive product activation - ensure new products or features/releases are ready for on-time, in scope delivery including launch, training, support, marketing, messaging, sales, and other related departments.
- Own the Adoption dashboard for platform solutions - including defining measures, setting goals, reporting on progress, capturing voice of the customer, and recommending tactics to improve KPI's.
- Define detailed design specifications for software projects, leveraging your technical understanding of full-stack applications.
- Informal mentor to junior product team members, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile, focusing on delivering successful data-driven products.
- Proven track record in developing a product roadmap with data-driven decision making and a commitment to customer value and product adoption
- Proven ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver software as a service with velocity and quality to deliver exceptional value
- Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization tools, reporting tools; experience with Looker or equivalent tools for data-driven insights
- Ability to influence and drive the implementation of value-added solutions with clearly defined specifications to support development from initial design to adoption
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
