This Senior Product Manager role will focus on overall membership and renewal experiences and capabilities while leading a team of product managers to deliver value iteratively across our roadmaps.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative retail loyalty, membership, and renewal solutions. This role will work with several business partners, data science, analytics, and engineering teams to bring to life a robust product roadmap inclusive of intelligence, personalization, and AI. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming business needs into impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.

● Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

● Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.

● Drive AI integration to personalize member experiences and optimize fulfillment.

● Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.

● Manage stakeholder expectations and influence across all levels of the organization.

● Stay ahead of trends in ad-tech, digital marketing, and eCommerce.

Required Qualifications

● BA/BS in Business, Marketing, eCommerce Fulfillment, or related field.

● 5–7 years of experience in product management, retail, consulting, or related areas.

● Proven experience in ad-tech and/or digital marketing product development.

● Deep understanding of the digital fulfillment ecosystem and online shopper funnel.

● Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.

● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with omni-channel eCommerce platforms.

● Familiarity with AI/ML applications in personalization, search, and recommendations.

● Background in data-driven product development and A/B testing.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $137,500.00 - $175,500.00
