SUMMARY

The Sr. Partner Technical Enablement Manager is a key member of our technical enablement team - equipping our Partners and Partner-facing team members with the necessary knowledge, practice, and technical expertise to excel. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Enablement, this role extends beyond program management; it includes building content and getting creative to support our Partners’ learning needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and keeping our Partners at the forefront of our technical enablement engagements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored for Partners’ technical needs, ensuring alignment with Wiz’s strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance product knowledge and technical sales skills across our Partner network.
  • Content Development: Curate, refine, and create technical educational materials and resources for Partners and Partner-supporting teams
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, product marketing, Wiz Partner teams, and documentation teams to ensure enablement content aligns with our product roadmap.
  • Product Expertise: Become a technical Wizard with us! Quickly learn new features and functionalities, digest them, and disseminate the knowledge to our Partner audiences.
  • Learning Culture: Champion a culture of continuous learning and curiosity, facilitating feedback loops between all of your stakeholders to ensure materials are impactful, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Metrics and Impact: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the enablement programs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. 
  • Content Delivery: Deliver courses, webinars, and/or training sessions to Partners when needed, ensuring high-quality, impactful learning experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies.
  • Proven experience with the Partner landscape, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication and content creation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise training materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience delivering training sessions and courses, with a passion for education and a track record of developing impactful learning and development programs.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$146,000$200,000 USD
