Our Supply Chain team keeps products, technology, and operations running seamlessly across our network. As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems Integration, you will lead a team of project managers responsible for integrating, implementing, and supporting the critical systems that power our supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, drive large-scale technology initiatives, and partner across operations, engineering, technology, and leadership teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead and develop teams of project managers responsible for implementing, integrating, maintaining, and optimizing supply chain systems and software solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to influence business strategy and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives that support supply chain performance.
  • Oversee complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed successfully, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage software upgrades, troubleshooting efforts, system configurations, training, and operational support activities across the supply chain environment.
  • Support multi-site rollout activities and system application changes, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and execution-layer technologies.
  • Drive testing, deployment, and adoption of software enhancements across existing and new facilities.
  • Analyze operational requests, validate business needs, and coordinate configuration and setup changes.
  • Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues in both production and testing environments.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, project management, technology teams, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to align teams around evolving business priorities.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, warehouse management, automation, robotics, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting project updates to senior leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of building effective cross-functional partnerships.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education or relevant work experience.
  • 9+ years of experience in supply chain systems, logistics technology, software implementation, project management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing professional teams.
  • Experience leading complex system implementations, enterprise software integrations, upgrades, or multi-site deployments.
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from planning and testing through implementation and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain execution technologies.
  • Experience within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations environments.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced warehouse technologies.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and external business partners.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
