The Salesforce Global Paid Search team is looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and collaborative Sr. Manager of Paid Search Programs to drive innovation, and operational efficiencies across all Paid Search pillars. This individual will own the development of core programs that improve processes, performance and drive engagement with key partners across the organization.

This individual can develop creative, non-traditional frameworks for success measurement when standard KPIs fall short, is a truth-seeker at its core and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are known for driving alignment and building trust with others. 

This role requires deep subject matter expertise in Paid Search and the ability to operate autonomously while engaging across multiple stakeholder relationships. You’ll be responsible for channel innovation and excellence, ensuring we maximize the value of Paid Search while staying aligned with Salesforce’s business priorities and product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Lead the development of programs that support business priorities, partnerships or measuring results beyond the marketing funnel. Drive partnership-alignment and continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and performance output. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Web, and Analytics. Lead regular check-ins and executive-level reporting.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Engage and partner across teams including Organic Search, PMM, Field, Web, Localization, and Analytics to drive holistic program success.

  • Landing Page Optimization: Partner with Web and Experimentation teams to test and optimize landing page performance to align with keyword intent and improve conversion rates.

  • Localization Strategy: Oversee localization efforts across global regions to ensure Paid Search programs are relevant, efficient, and aligned with local market priorities.

  • Strategic Interlock: Drive interlock with Organic Search for better content alignment and search engine coverage, balancing paid and organic strategies effectively.

  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and encouraging growth. Lead high-visibility projects with initiative and clear communication.
     

Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker with 7+ years of experience in Paid Search or broader Paid Media

  • Proven experience with large-scale, multi-region SEM programs in B2B or SaaS environments

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance measurement, testing frameworks, and data visualization

  • Deep expertise in platform tools (e.g., Google Ads, SA360) and campaign automation strategies

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity

  • Collaborative leader who builds trust, weaves alignment, and drives outcomes across teams

  • Excellent communicator who can distill complex performance trends into actionable insights for executives
     

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience integrating SEM with 1P data strategies or working with data science teams

  • Familiarity with localization at scale, including regional nuances in keyword strategies and landing page experience

  • Experience in global enterprise SaaS, ideally within a matrixed marketing organization


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Minimum of 3+ years working in the B2B SaaS vertical

Minimum of 4+ years working in SEM channels with strong success record

Self-starter who can catch a leadership vision and bring it to life on their own

Understanding of sophisticated bidding metrics – LTV, CAC, tCPA, tROAS, offline revenue uploads, custom weighted conversions

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
