Sr. Manager - Global Content Strategy & Integrated Marketing

As a Content Strategy & Integrated Marketing Sr. Manager, you can tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Provide Collaborative Leadership for Enterprise-Owned Channels and Integrated Marketing: Drive integrated marketing efforts to ensure the brand shows up consistently across all channels. Collaborate closely with internal strategy and communications teams to define content strategy for owned platforms—including Solventum.com, social media, and other digital touchpoints—delivering a cohesive brand experience. Work in partnership with businesses, functions, and communications teams to maintain an external content calendar and ensure alignment across the enterprise.
Lead Integrated Business Continuity Campaigns Through Collaboration: Develop and execute enterprise-level brand initiatives and external content strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams. Align messaging and creative across paid, owned, and earned channels to strengthen brand equity and maintain continuity. Collaborate with governance stakeholders to ensure paid and organic plans adhere to standards.
Collaborate Across Teams for Consistent Storytelling: Work closely with brand strategy, internal communications, external communications, and investor relations teams to ensure integrated campaigns support corporate reputation, thought leadership, and align with enterprise messaging and financial narratives.
Champion AI-first marketing workflows to streamline content planning, campaign development, and performance analysis—reducing cycle times while improving quality and consistency. Apply AI tools to enhance enterprise planning processes, including content ideation, calendar optimization, audience insights, and performance forecasting across channels.
Activate Enterprise Marketing Programs: Lead the development, execution, and activation of integrated marketing programs aligned with prioritized growth drivers and key stakeholders, including communications, business, and marketing leaders.
Champion Customer-Centric Thinking: Drive relevant and differentiated customer experiences across strategic touchpoints. Conduct research and analyze media consumption habits to inform persona development, sharing insights semi-annually.
Manage Campaign Execution: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful activation. Monitor performance and make data-driven optimizations in real time.
Build and Maintain Agency Partnerships: Develop strong global agency relationships to execute and optimize integrated marketing programs.
Measure and Optimize Performance: Lead measurement and analysis of marketing programs using SMART objectives and frameworks. Share quarterly performance reports with stakeholders and identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous improvement.
Lead a team of subject matter experts who will support work across the enterprise.
Collaborate on Marketing Technology Optimization: Work closely with IT and Marketing Technology teams to understand system requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improving paid media technologies. Pilot, scale, and operationalize AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 12-15 years of marketing, communications, or a related role.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND 18 years of marketing, communications, or a related role.
AND
Previous experience building integrated marketing programs focused on consistency, improving corporate reputation and thought leadership in MedTech industry.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $199,325 - $257,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
