The Impact of a Senior FP&A Manager at Coupa:
Coupa Software is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join Coupa’s Financial Planning & Analysis team. The Senior FP&A Manager will drive value across a broad spectrum of the Company with a particular focus on financial analysis, planning, quarterly close, budgeting, and financial & operational metric reporting processes. The Senior FP&A Manager will lead planning and reporting for P&L, ARR, Modified Billings and related KPIs and requires strong financial reporting, planning & modeling skills, focus on details and solid business judgment. Impeccable character, integrity, and work ethic are critical for success. The position will be supported by the VP of FP&A, Corporate and work closely with the Finance leadership team and will be a remote role.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and review essential data models used in the core monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes
- Lead and perform financial analyses for various ARR and related KPIs
- Work cross-functionally as key stakeholder representing ARR metrics to Finance Leadership, Business Leaders and Data Analytics stakeholders to support departmental decision-making with forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics
- Build components of the corporate financial presentations, internal presentations, and play a role in any financing or M&A activities
- Serve as trusted thought partner to the VP FP&A, Corporate
- Support the FP&A team in executing ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
- Support Financial Analysts in enhancing existing models and development of new models to support business needs
- Embrace the Coupa FP&A mantra of building for scale by proactively collaborating, influencing, and aligning planning processes to achieve the overall company strategy
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related fields; MBA or CFA a plus
- 6+ years of demonstrated FP&A work experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively solve problems with a data-driven approach
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and build complex models (in Excel and Anaplan)
- Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
- Working knowledge of Enterprise SaaS financial reporting and planning for metrics including Billings, Subscription Revenues and Retention Rate
- Ability to deal with conflict and manage expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with enterprise software tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa and/or Anaplan
The estimated pay range for this role is: $142,375 - $167,500
