Your role:

  • Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, Clinical Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Services, and external implementation partners to ensure successful customer outcomes and predictable project execution.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party implementation partners, developing scalable onboarding, training, and quality frameworks that enable consistent delivery to Philips standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement through resource planning, capacity management, key performance indicators, technical leadership, and customer engagement while supporting complex implementations and executive-level communications.

You're the right fit if:

Bonus if you have experience with Enterprise Imaging cloud migrations, cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile methodologies, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or developing scalable partner delivery models.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent 11+ years industry experience.

  • You're a collaborative and customer-focused leader with proven experience coaching high-performing teams, managing strategic vendor relationships, communicating with executive stakeholders, and leading complex enterprise implementations through change and technical challenges.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field based role.
