It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

Snyk is at a defining moment in its brand and communications evolution, and we're looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to help drive our global narrative forward. Reporting to the Director of Communications & Brand, you'll serve as the strategic lead for our public relations function.

This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a seasoned professional who can move between big-picture strategy and polished execution without missing a beat. You will operate at a senior level, focusing on the "how" of our communication targets through strategic programs and a deep knowledge of execution tactics. You’ll be a key mentor within the team, fostering strong relationships and empowering others to do their best work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Global PR Strategy: Drive impactful earned media coverage across key business, tech, and security publications to elevate Snyk’s market presence.

  • Master Agency Partnerships: Manage and maximize global PR agency relationships, setting strategy and holding partners accountable to high-performance results.

  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop and refine core content including press releases, bylines, reports, and executive messaging to ensure a consistent AI-native brand voice.

  • Advise Senior Leadership: Support executive communications by drafting internal messaging that keeps our global team informed, aligned, and energized.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Analyst Relations, Social Media, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align external comms with major product launches and milestones.

  • Monitor and Respond: Navigate the media landscape to identify proactive story opportunities and respond to emerging issues with speed and sound judgment.

  • Measure Impact: Establish and track KPIs for communications programs, using data to continuously refine our approach and demonstrate business value.

What You Bring:

  • Extensive Expertise: 10+ years of experience in public relations or strategic communications, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.

  • Proven Track Record: A history of securing meaningful media coverage and building lasting relationships with reporters across business and technology press.

  • Strategic Agency Management: Demonstrated experience setting workflows and evaluating performance for external PR agencies.

  • Exceptional Communication: Elite writing skills across various formats and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and moments.

  • Leadership Mindset: A collaborative, low-ego approach with a background in team mentorship and a focus on building a winning culture.

  • Agility: Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or AI-driven environment.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

  • Have past experience working at a PR agency and understand the relationship from both sides of the table.

  • Bring a background in cybersecurity or developer tooling (or have a massive appetite to learn it fast!).

  • Have navigated a company through a major rebrand, repositioning, or significant growth milestone.

  • Can build presentations that keep a meeting room awake and love a good meme.

  • Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!

Annual Base Salary Range: $122,182.00-$152,727.50

Annual Bonus: 10%
