Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Product Finance

Location: Miami, FL


Position Summary 

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Product Finance to partner with the Product and Engineering organization including teams dedicated to Cyber Security, Cyber Resilience and IT Core. This role sits at the center of Kaseya’s investment in product development and will lead analysis including product ROI, pricing impacts, product growth and profitability. 

The Product Finance team works closely with the business teams, so any candidate should be able to work well with cross functional teams. The ideal candidate must have superior attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills are required.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build trust with Product & Engineering business partners to influence decisions that improve business outcomes and reduce costs
  • Translate operating assumptions into full financial statement impact and improve forecasting reliability across planning cycles 
  • Strengthen linkage between ARR, billings, revenue recognition, and cash collections in collaboration with GTM Finance and Accounting 
  • Develop variance analysis and management reporting across revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow with clear bridge commentary 
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities 

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner with expertise in supporting strategic initiatives and financial analysis within complex multinational environments.
  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts 
  • High attention to detail and ability to independently build and troubleshoot complex financial models 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • SaaS or subscription/recurring revenue experience (ARR, billings, deferred revenue, revenue recognition)  

·         Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • Strong modeling skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL.
