Job Description

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an integral part of BCD Divisional finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. The scope of responsibilities includes managing key financial deliverables, providing financial reporting and analysis across the division and support growth opportunities. This role requires collaboration with BUs and group finance in support of the division goals and objectives to help deliver the division success. The role offers tremendous opportunities for learning and long-term career growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with preparation of monthly and quarterly business review packages for presentation to Group and Corporate leadership

  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for division; manage and stay on top of all monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A deliverables

  • Maintain the monthly calendar of activities and process deliverables and drive proactive communication with key stakeholders.

  • Assist in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and play a key support role in the preparation of the long-term strategy plan (STRAP).

  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting & analysis processes through partnership across divisions and group to drive system enhancements and process efficiencies.

  • Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting and budgeting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)

  • Proactively learn and adopt new systems and tools to improve analytics capability

  • Prepare and Analyze all Corporate FP&A requests.

  • Lead and support key initiatives providing data vital to deep analysis of the organization.

  • Other ad hoc requests as needed

How you will get here:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a Business-related field or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of related experience in financial planning & analysis or a related field

  • Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Intellectual curiosity, versatility, & adaptability

  • Strong desire to formulate and drive operational improvements and challenge the status quo

  • Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic organization

  • Technical proficiency in financial systems and software such as Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively summarize and present information

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Good understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controls

  • Skilled in effectively communicating information to various levels of management and capable of confidently expressing independent viewpoints

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$165,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
