Job Description

The Sr. Financial Analyst works closely with Finance & Legal leadership as a business partner providing mentorship in support of financial and operational goals. This role requires extensive collaboration with Finance and Legal colleagues across global sites to help drive the organization’s success.
Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly financial close activity, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transactions, and identify key variances drivers
  • Assist with developing forecasts for operating expense and headcount, providing updated spend transparency for senior management
  • Assist with end-to-end processes for AOP build
  • Partner with senior leadership to support and evaluate financial impact of critical initiatives that may relate to key investments, reorganizations, M&A, or divestitures
  • Ensure the accurate accounting treatment of invoices in accordance with GAAP standards and review agreements in support of external spend
  • Drive compliance to policy and own Finance approval workflows for requisitions
  • Perform financial analysis in support of workforce planning
  • Support ongoing development of financial systems, using Hyperion Planning for financial reporting and planning
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CMA/CPA/CFA preferred)
  • Proven experience in Accounting or Finance roles with demonstrated career progression in multinational organizations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills working with global teams, driving accountability, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Excellent knowledge of Hyperion or equivalent financial applications, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends and optimally measure results against appropriate baselines
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
