Our FP&A Team is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support our fast-growing Sportsbook product vertical, helping drive financial strategy, performance tracking, and forecasting. As an FP&A Analyst, you'll partner closely with operators, analytics, accounting, and other key stakeholders to manage reporting processes related to handle, hold, promotional reinvestment, and cost of revenue. In this role, you will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to help optimize the P&L and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You'll also support company-wide financial initiatives, including the annual operating plan and multi-year strategic plan.

What you'll do as an FP&A Analyst
- Create strong business partnerships with functional leaders to support the business.
- Serve as a key representative to help model, structure, execute, and track key strategic initiatives for the groups you will support
- Support and optimize a rolling 12-month monthly forecasting process for various groups.
- Engage across departments to stay up to date on the latest vendors, product developments, and initiatives to make forecasts as accurate as possible.
- Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance; identify sources of deviation and ensure action is taken based on new information.
- Work with senior partners to identify their functional goals and support the development of their annual Operating Plan as well as their multi-year plan.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to plan for headcount changes across the groups you will support.
- Support the Accounting team with month-end reconciliation of accruals.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of experience in FP&A is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to moderate based on the audience while partnering with a range of cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in financial analysis methods, concepts, and tools.
- Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion, or other relevant financial systems.
