Roles and Responsibilities
- Lynn Campus (Component Manufacturing, Engine Assembly & Test, Plant Services, and Logistics) financial leadership for $1.6B output – delivering accurate and complete financials and utilizing financial reporting and FLIGHT DECK to drive operational action to meet targets.
- Strategic partnership with Lynn Campus operating leader – regularly interacting Defense and Supply Chain leadership to drive problem solving.
- Develop Budget/Forecasts and achieve financial results in a dynamic environment.
- Implement a consistent lean operating system to drive business and financial results for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Develop, attract, and retain talent among a team of four – including coaching and development of FLIGHT DECK principles.
- Partner with Defense Supply Chain Operations and Finance to optimize outcomes at Lynn for the Defense business, leveraging supply chain finance expertise.
- Effectively communicate key dynamics to cross-divisional internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the highest standards of controllership, compliance & rigor – partnering consistently and effectively with controllership, FP&A, product lines and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8+ years of experience of relevant finance experience
- Experience as a People Leader
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

The base pay range for this position is $185,000-$245,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on April 24th.
