Your Impact
The principle purpose of this role is to partner with business leaders (US Home Improvement, Central Dispatch Office, Allied Businesses, and Shared Services) to drive value creation through financial and business leadership from strategy development through execution in order to identify prospective markets and potential opportunities. This includes responsibility for supporting business unit and enterprise scenario planning by developing long-range scenario models, and recommending and executing measurement plans, analytics and coordinated functional scorecard
What You Will Do
  • Lead consolidation of enterprise-wide financial results across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
  • Maintain and enhance the Long-Range Plan (LRP), including updates to assumptions, outputs, and planning models
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and what-if scenarios to support business and leadership decision-making
  • Build and maintain financial models related to M&A activity, including scenario evaluation and strategic impact analysis
  • Partner with Executive Compensation on financial support for short-term and long-term incentive programs
  • Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Accounting to support the monthly forecast and ensure alignment across enterprise financial inputs
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of two finance professionals
  • Prepare and present executive-level financial insights, recommendations, and reporting
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and actionable business perspectives
  • Support broader enterprise planning, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives through cross-functional partnership

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 7 Years Experience in finance or analytical role
  • 2 Years Experience in strategic and financial modeling
  • 3 Years Experience leading people directly or indirectly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Master's degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3 Years Experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial modeling and strategy consulting for business
  • Experience performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functionally on enterprise initiatives
  • Experience working in a big box/large retailer
  • Experience working at a Fortune 500 company
