Business Title: Finance Executive – Foods Manufacturing Network
Location: Etah, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Finance Executive to join our Foods Manufacturing Network and play a key role in supporting financial performance across multiple manufacturing sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Chartered Accountant who is eager to gain broad exposure to manufacturing finance, business partnering, cost management, governance, and strategic decision-making within one of India's leading consumer goods organisations.
What You'll Do
As part of the network finance team, you will work closely with colleagues across manufacturing sites and central functions to support financial planning, governance, and performance management. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting cost management through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial performance
Tracking and validating cost-saving initiatives to ensure benefits are delivered and accurately reported
Assisting in the financial evaluation of investments, improvement projects, and business initiatives
Helping maintain strong financial controls and governance standards across manufacturing operations
Identifying risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement, while working with teams to implement solutions
Preparing reporting dashboards and performance insights to support business decision-making
Coordinating with finance teams across multiple factory locations to ensure accurate and timely submissions
Supporting internal and external audits, reviews, and compliance activities
What We're Looking For
Chartered Accountant qualification
Up to 3 years of professional experience
Exposure to manufacturing, factory, operations, or supply chain finance is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
Confidence in working with data, reporting tools, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence applications in finance
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
