The impact of the Program Manager to Coupa:
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects across the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering technology solutions with a focus on the intended business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in delivering complex programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to drive successful delivery of key initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, communicate progress, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Promote Coupa program management practices, manage budgets, and continuously improve project execution and discipline.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in IT program/project management, with a strong record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana) and knowledgeable in SDLC and emerging technologies.
- Problem-solving and decision-making expertise, with PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
The estimated pay range for this role is $96,900 -143,000.
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
