Introduction

Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Sr. Director, Total Rewards & People Operations will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS, and workforce analytics capabilities.
This role partners closely with Finance, IT, Legal and business leadership to ensure compensation, benefits, employee mobility, HR systems and people operations are aligned with company strategy and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
This is a true builder role requiring someone who can operate both strategically and tactically – building scalable programs while also driving execution and operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

Total Rewards Strategy & Program Leadership

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs, including compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, benefits, recognition, and pay equity initiatives
  • Ensure programs remain competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with the needs of a hybrid and global workforce
  • Partner with executive leadership on executive compensation assessments and recommendations; prepare materials for the Executive Compensation Committee as needed
  • Monitor trends and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee global mobility and expatriate programs, including policy management, vendor oversight, and cost governance
  • Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners on workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation modeling

People Operations, HRIS & Workforce Data

  • Provide leadership for People Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HRIS systems administration and workforce data integrity
  • Oversee global payroll, ensuring accurate, compliance and timely processing across all regions.
  • Serve as the business owner for Workday, including roadmap prioritization, optimization, governance, and adoption
  • Ensure effective utilization of HR technology platforms (e.g. Workday, ADP Workforce Now) to support reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement and Legal to ensure strong data governance, system sustainability, and operational controls
  • Drive process improvements that enhance scalability, automation, employee experience and data accuracy
  • Establish and maintain clear policies, controls, and escalation paths related to data privacy, compliance, and governance
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable culture
  • Build strong partnerships across , Finance, IT, Legal and  HR partners.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to CHRO on on key insights, data trends, rewards, and operational strategy.

People Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Develop and leverage workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support business and talent decisions
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and actionable recommendations
  • Helps embed data-driven decision-making into leadership processes and workforce planning

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Technology, and/or People Analytics
  • Hands-on experience leading and optimizing Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Experience managing compensation cycles, rewards programs, and operational process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to connect strategy, systems, operations, and analytics into practical business solutions
  • Experience working in a lean, fast-paced, and global environment (APAC/EMEA experience a plus)

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting APAC and/or EMEA employee populations
  • Global mobility or expatriate program experience
  • Experience with workforce analytics and data visualization tools
  • Exposure to automation and AI-enabled HR solutions
