The Director of Digital Platforms leads strategy and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms including Salesforce, OMS, and AI capabilities, aimed at enhancing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Lead global Total Rewards, People Operations, HRIS, payroll, and workforce analytics. Design competitive compensation and benefits programs, oversee Workday and HR systems, ensure compliance, drive automation and data-driven insights, and manage a high-performing team in partnership with Finance, IT, and Legal.

The Windows Systems Engineer will design and optimize Windows infrastructure, lead engineering efforts, ensure system performance and security, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires advanced knowledge in several technologies and extensive experience in enterprise environments.
