Creation Technologies is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Marketing and Communications to lead and elevate our marketing strategy, brand presence, and growth initiatives. This is a strategic yet roll-up-your-sleeves role—ideal for a seasoned marketing executive who thrives in both planning and execution.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to refine our market positioning, support sales enablement, and drive marketing programs that accelerate growth and customer engagement. With a lean team, you’ll be empowered to lead from the front and shape a marketing function that’s ready to scale with the business.
This is a hybrid position; preference will be given to qualified candidates located in Boston, MA or Dallas, TX. Candidates based in other Southeast U.S. states will be considered for remote work.
This role will dually report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth goals and positions Creation Technologies as a market leader in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services).
  • Enhance brand visibility through integrated campaigns, content development, PR, digital channels, events, and industry partnerships.
  • Drive demand generation in collaboration with sales and business development, using data-driven marketing and targeted campaigns.
  • Self-generate, gain support for, and execute ideas for better marketing our enterprise
  • Lead the development of thought leadership and content that resonates with target industries and reinforces Creation Technologies’ value proposition.
  • Manage market research and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Support sales enablement with effective materials, presentations, and tools that increase engagement and close rates.
  • Mentor and manage a small team (1-2 direct reports), with the potential to scale resources over time.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Marketing experience in manufacturing industry (required); marketing experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry (desired)
  • Experience marketing for a larger ($5B+ annual revenue) company
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; MBA a plus.
  • Track record of building and leading strategic marketing initiatives that directly support business growth.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity with limited resources—able to lead, execute, and scale simultaneously.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, content strategy, and lead generation.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fast-paced work style and output; demonstrated aptitude to self-set and meet deadlines for self and team
  • Requires up to 25% travel (mainly within U.S. and Canada) for site visits, industry events, and customer meetings.
