Complex Deal Structuring & Commercial Strategy

  • Design and oversee incentive structures and pricing strategies that align sales behavior with enterprise growth and profitability goals.
  • Partner with Financial Services to leverage the balance sheet as a strategic growth lever, structuring customer financing solutions while managing risk and cash flow at scale.

Data, Analytics & Digital Commercial Insights

  • Define and execute a scalable commercial analytics strategy, delivering enterprise-wide visibility into revenue, bookings, pricing, and customer profitability.
  • Partner with IT and global finance teams to build and enhance digital reporting ecosystems (e.g., Power BI) that support real-time, data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish best-in-class customer KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure and accelerate value creation across the organization.

Leadership in a Global, Matrixed Organization

  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of finance professionals, building commercial acumen and leadership capability within the function.
  • Operate effectively across a highly matrixed, global organization, influencing stakeholders across regions, business units, and functions.
  • Drive process excellence, governance, and transformation initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, transparency, and operational performance.
