THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Designer to join our New Product Development (NPD) & Optimization team, focused on creating high-impact digital creative for Shark and Ninja's DTC channels. In this role, you'll design always on creative, landing pages, and conversion-optimized assets that bring our product launches to life online, working at the intersection of brand integrity and performance. You'll be a key contributor to a fast-moving creative team that ships work consumers interact with every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design and produce digital creative assets, including product wrappers (visual stories), landing pages, email templates, and on-site modules, for Shark and Ninja DTC channels
  • Collaborate closely with the ACD and Creative Director to execute on seasonal launches and evergreen campaign creative
  • Develop creative that balances brand storytelling with conversion goals across the funnel
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into polished, production-ready creative
  • Support A/B testing efforts by designing variants and contributing to creative hypotheses
  • Maintain and apply brand and design system standards consistently across all outputs
  • Manage your own project workflow across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Contribute to creative reviews with clear rationale and an openness to feedback

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally in an in-house DTC, e-commerce, or digital agency setting
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce creative, product pages, landing pages, digital wrappers, and campaign assets
  • Familiar with producing AI Generative Creative using node-based systems: Flora, Weavy
  • Proficiency using Open AI or Claude
  • High proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to work within a design system
  • Experience designing for conversion-driven environments (A/B testing, performance creative) is a plus
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing craft
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with consumer electronics, beauty, or lifestyle products preferred

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$99,000-$121,000 USD
