As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Designer to help take our category-defining brand to the next level - bringing fresh creative energy, exceptional craft, and sharp strategic thinking to the moments where our brand meets the world. In this role, you’ll help evolve how CrowdStrike shows up across the customer journey, translating our brand into cohesive, modern experiences across channels and touch points. You’ll work within an established brand system while also pushing it forward - strengthening consistency, raising the bar on execution, and ensuring every interaction feels intentional, premium, and unmistakably CrowdStrike.

A major area of focus for this role will be Fal.Con, CrowdStrike’s flagship global event series. You’ll play a leading part in shaping the brand expression of Fal.Con across stage, environment, digital, and campaign touch points, creating experiences that engage tens of thousands of security leaders worldwide and set the standard for how CrowdStrike shows up in the market.

The ideal candidate has helped build and execute a B2B brand with the spirit and polish of a consumer brand - someone who can move fluidly between big-picture concepting and pixel-level execution. You bring taste, judgment, and curiosity, and you consistently raise the quality of the work around you through strong craft, clear rationale, and thoughtful collaboration.

Why This Role:

Fal.Con is where CrowdStrike shows up at full volume. It’s our biggest stage, our biggest storytelling moment, our biggest chance to create experiences that people actually feel. This role is an opportunity to shape how that energy looks, moves, and lands evolving a strong brand into one that’s unmistakably iconic.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop cohesive creative systems that scale: toolkits, templates, visual languages, and asset libraries that enable consistency without sacrificing energy or originality

  • Lead design for Fal.Con across channels: event brand systems, digital campaigns, keynote/stage visuals, environmental/wayfinding, motion direction, attendee materials, and experiential moments

  • Design for real-world experiences: signage, on-site graphics, print production, environmental applications, and attendee journey touchpoints.

  • Design for digital experiences: web/event landing pages, email modules, social assets, digital ads, presentation systems, and interactive content.

  • Partner cross-functionally with teams in Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Comms, and external vendors/agencies to deliver polished work on tight timelines

  • Bring strategic thinking to creative: interpret briefs, define problems, propose concepts, and connect design decisions to audience impact and business goals

  • Elevate the brand by identifying opportunities to refine visual standards, experiment responsibly, and push creative into “next level” territory while maintaining brand integrity

  • Maintain high craft and quality control: typography, layout, color, composition, file hygiene, production readiness, and accessibility where applicable

What Success Looks Like:

  • Fal.Con creative feels distinctive, premium, cohesive, and unmistakably CrowdStrike, from the website to the venue floor

  • You create systems that scale and enable teams to move faster without diluting quality

  • Stakeholders trust your taste and decision-making because you balance creative ambition with pragmatic execution

  • You consistently deliver high-impact work that improves the attendee experience and strengthens the brand

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of professional design experience across brand, events, campaigns, and experiential design

  • A portfolio that demonstrates:

    • Impeccable taste - work that feels premium, modern, and carefully curated

    • Systems thinking - brand systems, toolkits, and campaigns that scale - not just isolated assets

    • Experience with large-scale events and experiences - conferences with 10,000+ attendees, experiential work, environmental graphics, stage design, large-format creative

    • Range - Outstanding graphic design fundamentals, as well as some reach into motion, video, or animation

  • Ability to work from concept through execution, including quick explorations and highly finished final outputs

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - a comfort with presenting strategic rationale, taking feedback, and shaping outcomes with colleagues and partners

  • Comfort operating and leading in a fast-paced environment with multiple work streams and shifting priorities.

  • Passion for CrowdStrike’s mission and a genuine interest in building a modern, iconic brand in cybersecurity

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
