Join us to reimagine the future of human-robot interaction.

Collaborative Robotics is a team of innovators and builders redefining the future of human-robot interaction. We are working to realize a world where robots are a trusted extension of your surroundings. They work, adapt, and react around you. Not the other way around.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the US, with a preference for those near major airport hubs to facilitate travel, which is expected to range between 30-60%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales) to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deployment.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

  • Collaborate with external customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that meet their operational needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout conducting internal lessons learned and documenting proposed process changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management; maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects, leading each project through the full lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling and closeout while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource and stakeholder objectives

  • Experience leading deployments of robotics, automation or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.

  • Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes.

  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability.

  • Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation.

  • Willingness to travel (30-60%) for customer visits and onsite implementation activities.

  • Highly motivated, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field.

  • Experience working with early technology in a startup environment.

  • Successfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production.

  • Experience with systems integration and architecture.

  • Prior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs.

  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with experience in streamlining deployment processes.
