IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated Analytics professional to join a multidisciplinary team focused on developing innovative solutions that extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare data. Essential Functions
  • Analyze and model large, complex healthcare datasets using statistical and quantitative techniques

  • Apply mathematical and statistical models to:

    • Identify key drivers and relationships
    • Evaluate the impact of changing market or clinical conditions
    • Forecast trends and outcomes
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to the design and execution of custom research studies, including analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of results

  • Support the development and publication of research findings, reports, and presentations

  • Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality analytics solutions

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical or quantitative field

  • Strong passion for analytics, data‑driven problem solving, and research

  • Working knowledge of analytics and statistical programming tools such as Python or R

  • Experience applying statistical techniques including:

    • Machine learning models
    • Clustering and segmentation
    • Time‑series analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical insights into business‑relevant conclusions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,300.00 - $220,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
