Own analytics for major digital advertising clients across the Americas. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, creating business reviews and forecasts, designing A/B tests, diagnosing delivery issues, and developing optimization recommendations. The role requires independent problem-solving, client-facing communication with senior stakeholders, commercial judgment, and coaching junior colleagues. Candidates need 3+ years of digital advertising analytics experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and knowledge of incrementality, attribution, and media mix modeling.

What You'll Do:

You will be the analytics point of contact for Criteo's largest Performance Media clients in the Americas. You'll turn campaign and performance data into business reviews, custom analyses, A/B tests, and forecasts that senior client stakeholders act on — and when a large client's campaign is underdelivering or behaving unexpectedly, you're the person who will diagnoses why under time pressure.

The work is largely self-directed. You'll own a portfolio of Criteo's largest US clients — a book of business you're accountable for end to end, not a queue of pre-scoped requests. Success in this role depends on three things: deep knowledge of how performance advertising actually works; the judgment to frame an ambiguous problem, select the right analytical method, and stand behind your conclusions when challenged; and the commercial instinct to proactively identify growth opportunities within your accounts — surfacing data-backed recommendations that clients haven't yet thought to ask for and persuading them into actions that move budgets and improve outcomes.

  • Own the analytics relationship for a portfolio of Criteo's largest US clients
  • Partner with commercial teams to build and deliver Client Business Reviews, custom analyses, optimization recommendations, media plans, and forecasts
  • Design, run, and interpret controlled A/B tests, and communicate what the results do and don't support
  • Diagnose campaign delivery and performance issues in time-sensitive, high-stakes situations
  • Work with Product Analytics on performance-improving initiatives, and feed client needs into the product roadmap
  • Use the Global Client Operations Center to automate or delegate repeatable work so your time goes to higher-value analysis
  • Build deep expertise in a key growth area of the business and share it — through knowledge transfer and reusable client-facing collateral
  • Contribute to a team where people help each other — coaching junior colleagues on analytical approach and pitching in on their client problems, as others will on yours

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing or commercial analytics role within digital advertising
  • SQL and Python proficiency sufficient to extract, automate, and analyze data independently from day one — this is not a skill you'll learn here
  • Working knowledge of advertising measurement methodologies: incrementality, attribution, and media mix modeling
  • A strong grasp of how campaigns are built, delivered, optimized, and measured — enough to diagnose problems quickly, not just describe them
  • A track record of delivering analyses and recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders
  • Able to work independently in ambiguous situations: you scope the problem, pick the approach, and surface trade-offs without waiting for direction
  • A genuine willingness to make the people around you better: as a senior member of the team, you'll be expected to coach junior colleagues and help on their client work, not only your own
  • Native or professional-level English fluency
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience (a plus)
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and tooling (a plus)

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
