We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst with experience analyzing observability product telemetry data combined with enterprise application data such as Salesforce (SFDC), ERP/financial systems, consumption, and renewals data. 10+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst working with product telemetry and business systems data (e.g., SFDC, ERP/financial systems, consumption, renewals).
Strong expertise in SQL, including complex analytical queries; Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
Solid foundation in data modeling for analytics and reporting use cases.
Demonstrated experience working with large, voluminous datasets, including profiling and validation. Hands-on experience establishing and maintaining data quality frameworks and checks.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Experience presenting analytical findings and insights to stakeholders.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with big data techniques and analytical best practices at scale.
Experience in SaaS metrics.
Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or data validation.
Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud data ecosystems
