This role is critical in ensuring the successful maintenance, optimization, and ongoing functional enhancement of our subscription management platform. The Sr. BSA will play a key role in a major initiative, partnering with an implementation consultant to successfully deploy and stabilize our Zuora environment, ensuring seamless integration with our upstream Salesforce system and downstream NetSuite ERP.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as internal lead for Zuora implementation, partnering with the system integrator to validate solution design, best practices, and business alignment across Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and integrations.
- Manage and execute end-to-end UAT, ensuring accurate data flow from Salesforce (CPQ/Opportunities) through Zuora and into NetSuite, and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Act as primary administrator and functional owner for Zuora Billing and Revenue, including configuration of products, rate plans, subscriptions, payments, invoicing, security, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, data discrepancies, and billing or revenue recognition support tickets.

- Manage Zuora-to-NetSuite financial integrations, ensuring accurate synchronization of invoices, payments, and revenue entries to GL and AR, in collaboration with Salesforce and NetSuite teams.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and Product to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes through automation and process improvement.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of hands-on administration and support experience with Zuora Billing, plus 2+ years configuring and supporting Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, including CPQ/CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to Zuora workflows.
- Proven ability to configure complex subscription and pricing models, including usage-based, tiered, and committed structures.
- Solid foundation in accounting principles, with working knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience with Zuora APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms (e.g., Zuora Connect, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato).
- Zuora Certified Administrator (or equivalent), with experience supporting Salesforce and NetSuite connectors preferred.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills and an ownership-driven approach to system stability and stakeholder support.
The estimated pay range for this role is $121,000 - 157,500.
