Our business purpose: We are a purpose-driven team working to drive life-changing clarity in precision diagnostics that helps uncover what’s hidden inside the body – enabling earlier, more confident decisions in the fight against diseases like Alzheimer's, cardiovascular conditions, and cancer. As part of a company that delivers both radiopharmaceutical doses and the PET imaging infrastructure needed to use them, we play a critical role in expanding access to precision diagnostics – for providers, for systems, and most importantly, for patients. What sets us apart is a combination of unmatched clinical expertise, unwavering commitment to advancing science, as well as our deep commitment to showing up with urgency, care, and empathy – helping more people move from uncertainty to understanding. We believe that behind every scan is a heartbeat and behind every heartbeat is a story, and we treat each one like it matters – because lives are shaped in moments like these.
Who thrives here: You’ll thrive here if you care deeply – about your teammates, about the people we serve, and about doing what’s right, even when it’s hard. You bring both heart and discipline to your work, with a curiosity to uncover what customers truly need and the courage to make tough calls when clarity is elusive. This is a space where ambiguity is real, decisions carry weight, and collaboration isn’t optional – it’s how we move forward. If you find meaning in building something that matters and supporting others while doing it, you’ll feel at home here.
Sr. BI & Analytics Solution Architect
GE HealthCare's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is building a radiopharmaceutical insights and analytics function within Commercial Operations and Sales Operations. We're a small, high-impact team supporting a portfolio of molecular imaging agents - and we move fast.
Our mandate is to deliver sales intelligence and analytics, connecting data to insights to action across opportunity targeting, pipeline and forecast management, commercial performance, and key business indicators. We also support the data-driven planning decisions that shape how the business operates, including customer segmentation, territory design, quota setting, and commercial effectiveness.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics solutions design and development, and business intelligence. You'll work closely with the Analytics & Insights Leader and alongside sales, finance, and marketing partners to build the analytical infrastructure and insight delivery capabilities that drive the commercial organization forward. This is not a passive reporting role, but one where you'll help elevate the function's analytical maturity over time.
If you're energized by building something meaningful, this is the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Business Intelligence- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models, data flows, and dashboards that serve commercial stakeholders across product lines
- Partner with sales operations, marketing, and commercial ops teams to translate business questions into data solutions, understanding the decision behind the request, not just the output
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, model, and validate data, building clean reliable datasets that analytical work depends on
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to go beyond what dashboards show – including exploratory data analysis, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics – to surface patterns, trends, and generate insights that drive commercial decisions
- Support ad hoc analytical requests with speed and rigor, turning around insights that help the business make better decisions
- Contribute to the design and documentation of data models, metric definitions, and business logic so the team builds on a shared foundation rather than tribal knowledge
- Build and maintain data pipelines that support reliable, repeatable analytics workflows across commercial data sources
- Maintain and improve data quality processes, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to strengthen the data foundation
- Collaborate with IT and data platform teams to understand data availability and stay aligned with enterprise data governance standards
- Develop and govern the Power BI workspace including access controls, dataset refresh schedules, row-level security, and change management
- Support data-driven sales planning decisions (e.g. customer segmentation, territory design, quota setting, and market scoring)
- Deliver sales intelligence and analytics across the full commercial cycle from opportunity targeting, pipeline and forecast management, performance tracking, to key business leading and lagging indicators
- Help build and maintain the business cadence data infrastructure, the datasets, insights, and reporting that enable the commercial team to review, assess, and act on performance
- Support compensation design analytics and sales effectiveness measurement, helping to connect inputs to outcomes
- Engage directly with sales, finance, and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure that what gets built drives decisions, not just reports
- Support the team in building self-service analytics capabilities that reduce adhoc burden over time
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, spotting where manual workflows, reporting gaps, or inefficiencies exist and proposing solutions
Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a closely related field
- Expert-level Power BI (semantic modeling, DAX, row-level security, workspace governance, and report design)
- Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and working with large commercial datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Automate for workflow automation and Power Apps – to support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives for the team
- Experience working with commercial or sales operations data i.e. territory hierarchies, account structures, KPIs, quota, pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to engage business stakeholders directly, gathering requirements, asking the right questions, and translating needs into data solutions
- Clear communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and push back constructively when a request isn't well-formed
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a growing, evolving function, able to contribute to priorities and ways of working as the functions continues to mature
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare - familiarity with commercial pharma data (specialty pharmacy, NPI-level data, order management, SFDC, SAP) is a plus
- Background in sales operations or commercial operations, understanding how a field sales organization works and what it needs from analytics
- Exposure to Python or R for analytical and data preparation workflows
- Familiarity with modern data modeling practices and semantic layer design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
