What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the DraftKings DFS app, ensuring alignment across all cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Media, Partnerships, and Creative teams to represent marketing needs and deliver consumer-centric solutions that meet business goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to craft cohesive storytelling narratives, creating actionable insights and recommendations that inspire stakeholders.
- Develop strategic marketing and creative briefs to guide internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are innovative and resonate with our audience.
- Establish OKRs and KPI frameworks for campaigns, measure performance, and recommend optimizations to maximize impact.
- Organize and lead company-wide project kickoffs, communicate milestones, and provide toolkits to activate marketing plans across channels.
- Contribute to the long-term vision of the sports marketing team by identifying growth opportunities and process improvements.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, strategic planning, or analytics, preferably in a consumer-focused or product-driven industry.
- Experience in product marketing, integrated media planning, and brand building.
- Deep understanding of and passion for the Fantasy Sports landscape.
- Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
