This role sits within the Marketing Analytics organization and works at the intersection of data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate is an expert in dbt, Snowflake, and Power BI, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building scalable, well-modeled data products that analysts and marketers love to use.

Key Responsibilities
- Analytics Engineering Leadership: Own the design, build, and maintenance of global marketing data across channels, ensuring availability, quality, scalability, and usability.
- Hands-On Execution: Be both architect and builder - directly coding, modeling, and wrangling data to accelerate progress.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Analytics colleagues, IT, and Commercial Data teams to align on priorities and ensure a complementary global data strategy.
- Enable Insights: Deliver centralized, well-structured datasets and semantic layers that empower analysts and business partners to act quickly.
- Governance & Reliability: Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection to ensure data integrity and proactive issue resolution.
- Scalable Solutions: Balance short-term fixes with long-term architecture that scales with global needs.
- Team Multiplier: Serve as a multiplier for existing talent, coaching and collaborating to double our speed of onboarding and transforming data.
Attributes & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, ideally within CPG, retail, or consumer technology.
- Expertise in modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, FiveTran) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, API integrations, and data modeling best practices.
- Experience designing scalable data infrastructure that balances speed, reliability, and usability.
- Passion for detail, data quality, and resolving discrepancies at the root cause.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
