Job Title: Sr. Analytics Analyst
Reports to: Director, Analytics

A quick snapshot…
As a Sr. Analytics Analyst at Conga, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build and maintain dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and help standardize reporting across the business. You’ll also contribute to improving data quality, consistency, and accessibility as part of our broader analytics strategy.

Beyond reporting, this position contributes to identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency—helping the business prioritize effectively and operate with greater precision.

Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related experience.
You bring 4–6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment. You have a proven track record of building reports and delivering insights that influence business outcomes.
Analytical expertise.
You are highly comfortable working with data—analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and translating findings into meaningful insights. You can work across multiple data sources and connect the dots to tell a cohesive story.
Business partnership.
You have experience working closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that support decision-making. You know how to ask the right questions and align analysis to business priorities.
Communication & storytelling.
You are effective at communicating complex data in a clear and concise way. You can present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences and ensure your work drives action.
Initiative.
You take ownership of your work and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, uncover insights, and drive value. You are naturally curious and continuously seek to deepen your understanding of the business.
Operational discipline.
You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for accuracy and timeliness.
Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Tools and systems experience.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data modeling and analysis
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Business analytics experience
- Experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) with performance reporting and insights
- Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs across different parts of the business
Data exploration & problem solving
- Strong ability to perform deep-dive analyses and uncover actionable insights
- Experience with root-cause analysis and data validation
Process improvement mindset
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in reporting and implement scalable solutions
- Experience standardizing reports and improving data consistency
Data quality & governance awareness
- Understanding of data integrity and the importance of clean, reliable datasets
- Experience working with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Quality oriented
- You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable insights. You build checks and processes to ensure consistency in your work.

- You thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. You leverage tools, data, and relationships to solve problems and continuously improve how analytics supports the business.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
