Job Title: Outlet, Allocation Senior Analyst, North America Lifestyle
Primary Purpose:
The Outlet Lifestyle Sr. Allocation Analyst is responsible for managing inventory levels to support Coach's overall North American Outlet sales and inventory plans. This person would be the sole owner of Outlet Ready to Wear and Footwear allocations. This person would manage store and ecommerce inventory splits, balance allocations across multiple DCs, and create back-in-stock strategies for high profile styles. The Allocation team is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams. This is a great opportunity for an individual with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who is strategic, motivated and systems-savvy.

- Analyze and manage inventory levels at both distribution and store level across +400 seasonal skus in sized categories
- Effectively utilize allocation strategies to impact the financial success of lifestyle departments
- Works with Buying Partners to clearly communicate allocation strategies, understand Buying strategies, and ensure alignment with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and accuracy of information, share best practices and maximize systems knowledge
- Interface with Center of Excellence team to understand and manage store inventory, capacity, and product flow
- Idea generating, implements forward looking strategies
- Detail oriented can manage multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlines

- Experience with allocation and reporting systems and databases required (i.e. Micro-strategy, Tableau, Alteryx, Apollo, AllocateSmart, SAP)
- 2+ years of previous Allocation and/or Buying experience in a sized category required; Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel required
