- Lead and manage Facilities Team and manage third party vendors such as housekeeping, maintenance, handyman staff, engineering staff
- Oversee and strategize maintenance & repair operations to enhance efficiency and facility longevity
- Coordinate and collaborate with IT team, Corporate Security, Corporate Communications, HR, 3rd party contractors (cleaning, electricians, architects) and engineers, general contractors & building personnel when needed
- Serve as the primary liaison for sample sales, market weeks, and other special events, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Liaison with building staff & other departmental and company employees
- Manage relationship with NY and NJ building operations, , and management in day-to-day communications for Hudson Yards
- Liaison with landlord/building management in coordination with VP, Business Development & Facilities
- Liaison with HY subtenant and ensure rent is being paid and they're properly supported.
- In collaboration with Global Asset Protection, Safety & Security, develop emergency response procedures, processes, and training related to fire drills, shelter in place, and evacuation
- Ensure the general up-keep of the facility in terms of cleanliness and ensure all Facilities are in compliance with city, state and federal code compliance.
- Manage electricity usage reporting and track facility costs
- Manage budget preparation and analysis and processing invoices through BuyingHub
- Project lead and manage office renovations & strategically partner with Global Environments
- Maintain adequate supplies and order as necessary, as it relates to the facility
- Partner with finance and ensure department budget is on target. Tracker Project Costs associated with NY and NJ to ensure we are meeting financial targets.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform and optimize facility management strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership and broader New York and North Bergen employees to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement across all levels of organization
- Organize and streamline departmental processes to enhance productivity and efficiency and create and implement templates, processes and procedures to ensure the department is operating efficiently.

- 10+ years of facilities/management experience
- Experience leading and managing cleaning, porter, and mail room staff
- Knowledge of space planning
- Knowledge of building codes
- Knowledge of basic building systems
- Facilities experience in a corporate environment

- Demonstrated ability as a strategic thinker and possess strong problem-solving skills
