Job Overview
The Sr. Account Executive, Region Channel Sales is an industry expert in innovative sales strategies through strong relationships with key channel partners. This role involves recruiting and collaborating with our top-tier channel partners. The focus is on leveraging the existing customer base of these partners to promote and sell T-Mobile products and services. The Sr. Account Executive will manage strategic initiatives with channel partners to develop growth strategies and enhance client relationships. This role also involves working closely with internal teams such as direct sales, solution specialists, and marketing to lead programmatic efforts that drive sell-with activity. Additionally, they will conduct quarterly reviews with their selected partners to evaluate the performance of partner-generated sales of T-Mobile products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities, Establish joint targets to drive T-Mobile products and services through the channel partner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier channel partners in assigned territory. Establish growth framework to establish T-Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned channel partners and their clients. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  • Stays abreast of industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborate as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 7-10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization Required
  • 7-10 years Selling into and/or through key industry channel partners Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Negotiation Strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Business Analysis Analytical, planning and decision making. (Required)
  • Strategy Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experiences in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)
  • Business Acumen Strong business acumen; incorporates overall objective in developing strategy and decisions. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent communication skills. (Required)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $88,560 - $159,780

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
