What You'll Do:

Criteo is seeking an experienced Sales Director or Senior Agency Account Executive to grow relationships and revenue across agency holding companies and large independent agencies.

This person will serve as a senior commercial partner to agency investment, programmatic, CTV, trading and activation teams. The role will focus on expanding Criteo Performance Media across CTV, programmatic curation, emerging AI-driven advertising channels and Criteo’s Growth Performance Platform.

The ideal candidate brings deep CTV expertise, established agency relationships and experience working at, or selling into, major HoldCos. Experience selling from an SSP, curator, data provider or CTV-first DSP is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver against quarterly revenue targets across assigned agency accounts and prospects.

  • Develop account plans and build relationships across agency investment, programmatic, CTV, data, strategy and activation teams.

  • Generate new opportunities across CTV, online video, display, curated media and emerging AI advertising channels, including conversational platforms such as ChatGPT.

  • Position Criteo’s Growth Performance Platform as an AI-powered solution that helps agencies and advertisers drive measurable growth across the open internet.

  • Sell Criteo commerce audiences, retail partner data and media solutions into agency planning and activation strategies.

  • Help agencies connect upper-funnel CTV and cross-channel investment to measurable commerce outcomes.

  • Develop audience, inventory and activation recommendations based on agency briefs, RFPs and advertiser objectives.

  • Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through proposal, deal execution, activation and handoff.

  • Navigate complex HoldCo structures and build support across both senior decision-makers and activation teams.

  • Translate complex data, AI, technology and media capabilities into clear commercial value.

  • Collaborate across Performance Media, Retail Media, product, partnerships, client services and operations.

  • Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting and account-planning discipline.

  • Experience at an agency holding company, large independent agency, CTV platform, SSP, programmatic curator, data company or DSP is strongly preferred.

  • We are looking for a commercially driven agency partner who combines established relationships, CTV expertise and technical fluency with the ability to turn new capabilities into scalable agency revenue.

Who You Are:

  • You have significant experience selling digital media, CTV, data or advertising technology solutions.

  • You bring deep knowledge of CTV and the broader programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, curated marketplaces and private marketplace deals.

  • You have worked directly at an agency or have meaningful experience selling into agency holding companies and large independent agencies.

  • You have established relationships across agency investment, programmatic, CTV, trading or activation teams.

  • You have a demonstrated record of carrying and achieving an individual revenue target.

  • You can develop compelling media and audience recommendations from client briefs and RFPs.

  • You are comfortable selling emerging technology, including AI-powered media platforms and new advertising channels.

  • You can simplify technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

  • You are skilled at navigating complex organizations and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • You are based in, or able to regularly work from, New York or Chicago.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
