Manages and mentors the Software Quality Assurance team, overseeing test strategies, plans, cases, automation, SIT, UAT, regression, functional and non-functional testing. Coordinates testing across the SDLC, analyzes requirements, tracks defects and quality metrics, performs SQL-based backend testing, and balances team capacity across projects. Collaborates with technical and operational leaders, investigates software issues, improves testing processes, and ensures compliance with QA standards. The role requires applying for and maintaining NACI or higher-level clearance for government assignments.
Pay Range
$120,000 - $140,000/annually
