As a Supply Planning Co-op, you will assist the Global Supply Planning team with inventory management, purchase orders, and data analysis. Your role involves collaboration across functions, monitoring supply continuity, and optimizing inventory levels to support operational excellence.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Purchase Order Management including category SKU replenishment, weekly PO management review to adjust for changes in demand and/or supply capacity, NPD inventory positioning and fulfillment
- Inventory portfolio reviews to determine necessary DC inventory balancing, Inventory conversions, excess inventory depletion requirements
- Inventory portfolio master data maintenance - item parameters review and updates
- Review of Inventory Metrics & plan for corrective actions
- Participate in weekly S&OP meetings and use outputs to reposition inventory levels where required
- Creating & maintaining various reports as needed
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master's program
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Structured and consistent in order to sustain the weekly order management process
- Capacity to learn and navigate through new applications quickly and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and time manage independently
- Ability to seamlessly communicate and elevate any issues that require attention and corrective actions
- Strong technical skills (specifically Excel)
- Highly collaborative with the ability to engage and lead discussions in meetings/team settings
