Project Manager

We are seeking an organized and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects across commercial and operational functions. As Project Manager, you will join our Project Management Office (PMO) to scope, analyze, plan, and execute high-impact initiatives that shape the future of Zeelo’s growth and operating model across the UK, US, and beyond. 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects that are critical to Zeelo’s growth, from exploring new business lines and expansion opportunities in the US market, to assessing potential M&A opportunities, to improving our workflows by implementing new tools and processes.
• Scope and Execute Projects End-to-End: Translate strategic ideas into actionable project plans, defining scope, timelines, success metrics, and execution paths. Work closely with all Zeelo teams across Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Conduct Deep Analysis: Build and own data-driven business cases and models to support investment decisions and operational scaling. Provide insight and recommendations that influence C-level decision-making.
• Think Commercially: Balance analytical rigor with commercial acumen, understanding not just what’s possible, but what’s viable and impactful for Zeelo’s business.
• Support Leadership: Work directly with the senior leadership team on high-priority projects, providing strategic input and operational follow-through to ensure adoption and integration within the organization.

• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth startup.
• Analytical & Commercial Mindset: Strong analytical foundation (e.g. analytics, consulting, investment banking, strategy, or operations background) with the ability to think commercially and make sound business judgments that drive both commercial and operational impact
• Execution & Ownership: A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects, whether commercial, operational or strategic, from idea to delivery, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strategic Curiosity: A self-starter who thrives on tackling broad challenges, uncovering insights, and driving new initiatives to completion.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to influence and work effectively across departments.

• Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, or startups
• A project management qualification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, PMQ)

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 DOE
