ZoomInfo is looking for an engaging, experienced, and results-oriented Senior Product & Solutions Enablement Manager to join our Global Revenue Enablement team. This is a senior-level individual contributor role on ZoomInfo's Product & Technical Enablement team, responsible for owning complex, cross-functional enablement initiatives across ZoomInfo's Go-to-Market Intelligence Platform (GTMIP) – including Tier 1 product launches, transitions, deprecations, feature updates, and monthly customer releases – while also building strategic enablement partnerships with our Solutions Consultant (SC) and Overlay organizations.

This role is designed to flex with the needs of the business. You will own Tier 1 launch enablement from day one, and you'll bring the technical credibility and strategic mindset to grow ZoomInfo's enablement support for our SC and Overlay teams over time. The right candidate is comfortable holding both a structured, cadence-driven launch program and an ambiguous, build-from-scratch initiative at the same time – and knows how to prioritize between them as business needs evolve.

What You'll Do

Tier 1 Product Launch & Release Enablement

  • Own complex, cross-functional enablement programs for assigned Tier 1 product launches, transitions, deprecations, feature updates, and monthly customer releases
  • Define what success looks like for each initiative upfront, and track early warning signs and results over time so you can spot adoption problems early and address them before they become bigger issues
  • Design content strategies that genuinely change how the field works – using engaging, interactive formats that make learning stick – including eLearning modules (Articulate 360), demo videos (Descript), product playbooks, and field-ready resources housed in Seismic and reinforced via Allego
  • Partner with Product SMEs and the Role Enablement team to design and deliver live segment-specific training, turning complex product and market information into clear, engaging stories that land for a wide variety of GTM audiences
  • Serve as a proactive partner to Role Enablement – giving advance visibility into what's coming from the product pipeline, where Role Enablement can support, and how to best integrate product enablement into their existing motions
  • Navigate competing priorities and stakeholder interests across Product, Product Marketing, GTM PMO, and GTM Leadership with skill and diplomacy – managing internal friction in a way that keeps projects moving forward and relationships intact while translating product and feature releases into compelling enablement content and learning experiences

Solutions Consultant & Overlay Enablement

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with SC and Overlay leadership, advising on what the right enablement strategy looks like for these pre-sales and specialist audiences
  • Masterfully navigate enterprise reporting systems to uncover strategic insights, pulling together data from our internal LLM (Mesh), Chorus, RevReady, Seismic, Allego, and other tools to inform decisions at the team and department level on gaps and opportunities, and the strategy to address them
  • Develop and grow targeted enablement programs tailored to the unique workflows, deal motions, and technical depth requirements of SC and Overlay audiences – operating as a strategic business owner who anticipates future needs, not just current ones
  • Create, curate, and govern high-impact technical content including product training modules (virtual instructor-led and eLearning), demo videos, technical playbooks, solution templates, and FAQs – leveraging AI tools to enhance content development and production efficiency
  • Design and deliver live virtual training sessions for SC and Overlay audiences — showing up with the technical credibility, executive presence, and facilitation confidence needed to engage these audiences effectively
What You Bring

7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Product Enablement
  • Technical sales role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect)
  • Quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated experience owning product and/or solutions enablement strategy end-to-end for GTM audiences, particularly solutions orgs, from program design through adoption measurement
  • Proven success operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward is not always clearly defined
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience, with a track record of influencing senior leaders without direct authority
  • Advanced product and market acumen – able to determine new approaches to technical product positioning, advise on complex product and competitive matters, and network with key contacts outside area of expertise
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product capabilities, technical architectures, and integrations across multiple product lines
  • Expertise in designing and delivering scalable enablement programs across multiple formats: eLearning (Articulate 360), demo video (Descript), live virtual training, and field-ready reference content
  • Experience with Revenue Tech Stack tools preferred (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Seismic, Allego, LLMs, Chorus, Outreach, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable enablement programs that drive measurable behavioral change and business results
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo's GTMIP or comparable multi-product GTM intelligence platforms preferred

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
